We already have contracts with foreign partners, but we still look for a person who would develop company sales actively and systematically.

In this regard we need fast, initiative and energetic sales managers. If you live in Europe or the United States, you have sales development skills and you are interested in digital and design, we offer you to become our representative abroad.

You will need to communicate a lot with clients and help them find the best solution to their task. You will have the opportunity to work with the most interesting, relevant and modern products that exist on the digital communications market: websites creation, service and interface design, brand-platforms and corporate identity development.

  • Active sales: you need to consult customers, make working arrangements, fix these arrengements in contracts and control prepayments;
  • Work with the market: make a list of potential clients and contacts; telephone negotiations;
  • Responsibility for negotiation from the first contact with a potential client to receiving first payment;
  • Developing relationships with potential clients;
  • Development of communication strategy for prospective clients;
  • Participation in specialized events (conferences, business-breakfasts, etc), agency services and projects presentation;
  • Presales preparation: organization of meeting with clients, customer analysis, commercial proposal;
  • Implementation of sales plan;
  • Analysis of competition in new business retention.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Practical experience in negotiating, knowledge of sales main stages;
  • 2-3 years experience in design-services sales;
  • Excellent management skills: high level of responsibility, results achievement within time limits;
  • Excellent oral and written skills, ability to simply and clearly articulate thoughts in both Russian and English;
  • Native English speaker;
  • Proactivity and responsibility.
